For a boutique upscale hotel we would have expected everything to be dusted like ice scoop in room, window sills, elevator railings to name a few and trash can overflowing with trash on ground probably isn’t a good impression.

It used to be a decent place to stay. This time the curtains in the bathroom didn't close, bedding was shotty and was tolerable at best.

Have stayed several times previously. Like the Bryan old town area and like the La Salle

Tried to book restaurant Saturday night, was told no bookings but when I arrived fairly early one table had a “Reserved” sign and only one table mostfor my party of 3 available. As a house guest staying three nights I felt better service deserved
