The beds were soft.
Negatives:
Dirty walls, one of the staff members didn’t seem too happy to help with service the other was nice. room smelt like mold, breakfast wasn’t worth it really, the head board had hand smears and smear marks. A family member was going to stay there also but left for same reasons but there’s had a guys dirty left underwear behind the door.

The room was dirty. Breakfast was almost completely empty at 8:30. Power in the bathroom went off when I was drying my hair (using their dryer). Told the clerk and she nodded her head and said it was a known issue. I expect better for almost $---

From the first day, we stayed there the girl that work the morning shift didn’t have a welcoming attitude acted like she didn’t like her job and didn’t wanna be there wasn’t appreciative, even though I didn’t want to. I still ended up extending my room out for two more days also had my newborn baby and wife with me and asked to have late check out and was told no due to the rooms being booked it was also told that management says not to allow late checkouts I end up coming back that same night to go ahead and stay again next morning parking lot was empty. I was there and all the rooms are vacant from what I can see and as a Hilton member very disappointing.

Wasn’t very welcoming, but gotta say the room was acceptable
Negatives:
No towels upon arrival. Called for towels front desk said they would bring them. No one brought them up ever. I had to go get them myself because the lady said she had an emergency and then forgot my room number to bring it too. Not acceptable.

Positives:
This was my second time to stay here. Rooms are comfortable. The bathroom area did not seem as clean as the first time I stayed.
Negatives:
The day I was checking out, Saturday, I went down stairs to get some breakfast at 8:35am. There were no bagels, no pancakes, not enough eggs, no apple juice. Nothing was refilled while I was sitting with my family who had minimal to eat.

Breakfast: VERY limited options (eggs, sausage & pancakes all 3 days) & perpetually understocked. This was also true of our prior stay. Fitness: 1 of 2 treadmills broken. No pool. 1 ice machine & guests are prohibited from using it for jugs, coolers,etc.
