The manager on site was absolutely stupendous and so understanding of being double charged. She deserves a gold star for service, friendliness, and making it so painless.

Unfortunately, there was a roach in the bathroom and another one ran across the bed while I was in it. I was worried I might have them in my luggage when I got home. For this reason, I will not stay here again.

I liked how close it was to freeway access and restaurants and stores.

I stayed on two different occasions and both times and both rooms had a strong musty wet smell, the entire room had a very humid feel.
My clothes and shoes felt moist every morning
The bedding felt moist which made it very uncomfortable. I stayed 4 nights on both occasions.

Door card reader wasn't working. I was told by staff to try it several times. Finally changed rooms. The new room had no tv remote. I had to go get a new one. Later we found a wet spot in the carpet. Luckily, we were only staying one night. We will not be back.
