The staff. Minerva was very rude! I had three rooms and she would not allow my sister and two nieces to come up to my rooms at 2am in the morning.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating! If ever back in the area, I will definitely be staying there again!

Pool was closed but that was out of the hotels control. Covid-19 restrictions prevented them from being able to open the pool.
