Negatives: The only problem was: I booked about 8 months in advance though Booking. When I arrived at the hotel, the desk clerk seemed confused - mainly because I had been issued a new credit card since then. But I found that I was being charged all over again for my stay, even after showing my confirmation and "paid in full" from Booking. After trying to clear it up with various staff, I finally spoke to the manager and she was able to recitify it I think. I will know in a few days when the refund is shown on my banking account.

Negatives: The gal on staff at the front desk on October 21st had a terrible scowl on her face and seemed very put off that I interrupted her scrolling when I approached her that morning. So much so that after I asked her how she was doing and she continued to frown at me, I told her to never mind and I walked away. I was going to ask for a different room as my room #313 had a broken toilet seat, a bed that squeaked so much every time we even tried to move, and some kind of generator that ran all night right outside our window. We could also hear the loud ding of the elevator. Our room could have used a thorough cleaning as the carpet wasnt even vacuumed very well and the bathroom was not very clean. Not a lot of choices on where to stay in this little town but the price gouging was ridiculous!!

Negatives: Any traveler that has a stay more than one night needs a dresser. I was there a week and the last of a dresser necessitated my having a continual clutter in the room. Thus, creating an environment that was not as restful as I would have liked.
