Negatives: The desk staff required an email address to check in, which immediately was subscribed to several mailing lists, there was fire alarm that occurred at 10:30pm that was never addressed, and the the room had broken tiles in the bathroom and was very dirty.

Positives: How clean it was and the breakfast was pretty good. They need more fruit.
Negatives: Yes. They were understaffed and one of the lady's was pretty sick. She shouldn't have been there working. I kept having to tell them to unlock the pool. The hot tub was not working. The main reason I stayed there. Theres an awfully loud noise in the pool.
