We are very disappointed with our stay at Home2Suites, after a long drive.
We were given a room where the Microwave was not working. We informed the front desk immediately after check in. But they ignored it for the night. Next day, when we asked about it, the front desk employee suggested we have to move to another room. By then 3 of us are working and in meetings, all our luggage was opened and scattered. It was very uncomfortable at that time but we have to compromise with our work situations due to the passivity of the hotel staff.
We also had an issue with the housekeeping, which hotel staff denied to address amicably.
Please follow up with the hotel and arrange to refund at least half of the charges we paid, and advise the hotel management to be on top of resolving resident issues to the best of their abilities.

I also sent 3 messages to the property, and not a single message was answered. I was charged the full rate for the stay that was cancelled 6 days prior to the reserved date.

Location - easy to get on and off

So many things:
Dirty sheets (had to request a change)
No towels (requested towels but they never brought until I asked 2 more times the next day!)
No soap in our room (had to take from a cart)
Very thin walls- was woken up to loud music, a couple enjoying themselves VERY loudly, and a crying baby. I could literally hear everything in my room.
