Positives: Everything! It was easy to locate. We were only on the first floor but everything was very clean and smelt clean. I loved the breakfast! Texas shaped waffles - need I say more?! We visit Austin several time a year and this is now our preferred place to stay.

Negatives: Only issues we experience was Android devices did not connect to the WiFi and the deadbolt lock on the room door did not work but there was another way to secure it.
