My family and I experienced some delays in our arrival, but the hotel staff was very understanding and friendly. We attended the Formula 1 event and really enjoyed the hotel, the location, and Austin itself. We hope to return.
Negatives:
I have no negative comments, everything was excellent, we had no incidents, in fact everything was facilitated in a good way, everything worked well.

A nice, clean, comfortable and well-maintained hotel in a quiet neighborhood (I could actually take a walk in the evenings). Friendly and helpful staff. Stable and reliable internet connection - good enough for online meetings. Free drinks and snacks 3 evenings a week.
Negatives:
Perhaps a few more options on the breakfast menu would help. It kind of got boring after a few days.
