Positives:
We liked the location, the staff, and the ease of booking.
Negatives:
The toilet was not secure. It made a noise.
The refrigerator wasn’t cold.
The tv was difficult to operate (and we have Roku at home so we are familiar with it.)
The breakfast was free which was nice, but it was not comparable with some of the other hotels in the area.
The coffeemaker was not functional so we had to have someone get us a part so we could use it.
I am familiar with not changing towels unless you ask, but no coffee, shampoo, or anything else was replaced either.
