Very nice hotel, breakfast was average, clean, nice facility, pool is smaller and there were kids in there screaming at the top of their lungs, but hotel can't really control that, but we just left. Parents were sitting there smoking and were probably glad we left. This is a nice hotel in a not great area, but they have a gated parking lot.
Negatives:
Staff was iffy. The woman seemed annoyed that I asked one question. The location is iffy, but gated parking lot. The other guests were rude. I'd say below average experience.

the bed was very comfortable. the room was very clean. breakfast was very good. And you did a great job getting us a room on the "quiet side" of the hotel. Thanks!

One thing I would add to the guest rooms: a magnifying makeup mirror would be great in the bathroom. Other than that, evereything was wonderful.
