Convenient location for staying while passing through on two day road trip from Texas to Colorado.
Negatives:
Properly is getting a little dated, stained carpet and tattered baseboards. Property seemed to be clean. Breakfast was fair with basic choices.

They canceled our reservation without contacting us. We traveled 700 miles to find out we had no room! Then they charged our credit card for the room charge!! Never booking there again!

The hotel was dirty. The bedspreads were visibly filthy. The sheets were stained. We had to strip the beds and go to the Walmart and buy bedding. I was terrible. This hotel does not meet Hilton standards.
