Negatives:
The fragrance/odor in our room was so overpowering that I was ill thereafter. Permeated everything, including pillowcases. We felt trapped. We opened our door, turned air conditioner to "fresh air," but did not dilute the room freshener. Felt toxic. Even the dog got sick.

The room had an outside entrance. You could park your car and enter your room easily.

The bathroom had a sewer smell and the bathroom floor was not clean.
The breakfast was cold items. There was not a hot buffet of breakfast food.
