The room was nice, cold, and roomy.

I did not like the lady at the front desk. I had reserved the room for 2 nights.I I did not get to the room until 6 am, exhausted from moving only for her to call and grouching me out for being late to checkout even though I had it reserved for the 2nd day as well. Then when I went to check out she tried to charge me a pet deposit when I never had a pet. I won't be staying there again.

Bed comfotable, location to venue we were attending.
Negatives:
Lack of breakfast, no paper towels in dinning area, no employee's in dining area for assisance, shower floor was slick semi-gloss regular flooring tile, wet sheetrock on wall and ceiling had been painted over and not repaired, lots of crickets in entry and hallway, door to room kept sticking and would not open easily and also would not close without pushing it closed. Room was hot when we got there, asjed avout other rooms and was told by staff they were on and when friends arrived a/c was not on. Temp outside was 100 degrees so took room a ling time to cool off.
