Positives: Room and staff were above average . Co-owner that checked us in was exceptional.
Negatives: Although everything was nice and pleasant, we won't be staying again solely because of their $40 pet charge. This is more than twice as much as the average motel pet charge. Just a few short years ago we could have got him his own room for that amount . Lol

Negatives: No breakfast due to Covid, construction going on so getting in and out after 11 is a hassle, the ac in room wasn't turned on until we checked in so took forever to cool, the room was 76 and thats way too much for this hotel, also no elevator! Wow!!

Positives: I was only there to get a few hours of sleep, it was quiet is the only thing I could say that was positive about this stay. Wait, other than the train a that went by at 3am in the morning. Never again.
Negatives: The hotel had the worst smell. The AC kept going out. Front desk guy came to fix it, but after he left it would go out again and again. Also the was a $100 deposit for these subpar rooms. Also front desk guy was rude from check in to checkout.

Negatives: I figured it would have an elevator. I'm handicapped w/a service dog. My room was already paid for, so I was STUCK there. I had to go to the stairs inside the building and carry EVERYTHING up the stairs. Pillows stunk. Lower floor was unavailable to all.
