The room was clean but infested with roaches. In the closet, in the drawers, we ended up putting all our stuff back in vehicle. We had to put our shoes in chairs, because the bugs would accumulate under them. I have never had an experience at a La Quinta like this.

This Hotel just needs some updating.
Our first room had wet carpet and then we noticed there was a leak in the ceiling so we had to change rooms. In the new room we didn't have a remote for the tv. The bedding is a top sheet and sheet like cover(No Blanket). The rooms smell very stale and the last two times we stayed we woke up congested, maybe from the musty room. We don't typically suffer from allergy related issues.

There were two things I didn't like one was that the bed didn't have a comforter or blanket. Most motel rooms would have them. And the breakfast was a bust. The toaster didn't work. Not many options.
