The breakfast was excellent. Room was very spacious and comfortable.

Need better access from University Drive. You have to take Harvey Rd. and then get on the access road to get to the hotel. Very inconvenient especially when the entrance can get blocked if the traffic is heavy at the University Drive traffic light.

I arrived to a dirty room, bathroom needed to be swept. The pull out sofa mattress had crumbs all over it. They gave me a different room and that sofa was also dirty with stains. The breakfast was very basic but fresh. The swimming pool was very small.

Very positive - provided all that was required
Positives:
Decent location, the room was large and comfortable, there was a good breakfast with lots of options. Parking was ample and well lit.
Negatives:
There was loud music playing in the entry way. Normally that's not an issue, BUT our room was on the 2nd floor, just above the entry way and the music could be heard late at night when we were trying to sleep. The entry door was not well sealed and light, as well as air came through. Every time the elevator opened, we could hear the ding, which was a hassle at night while sleeping.
