Negatives:
1. The company had sent an email, rejecting my request to change my reservation from two nights to one. However, when we arrived, our Friday night had been canceled.
2. Lack of make-up lighting in the room
3. You should try to eat what you serve for breakfast, especially the "sausage" - it's a salt-bomb mystery meat.
4. The pricing increases whenever their is an event of any kind at TAMU
5. Uncomfortably soft mattress

The place was full. I felt it was unstaffed. The place was filthy. It needs a complete facelift. The carpet is worn and dirty. Trash cans overflowing. Pool area full of cigars and butts. landscape needs help. Trash everywhere in parking lot. Loud unruly kids. One elevator working. Computers down, only I am sorry when asked. Probably will never book there again. For the price, I expected better.
