At this location in College Station, we were able to drive a Tesla for an hour complementary since we got a room there and the service was absolutely amazing. They accommodated all of our needs and my father’s 80 and he needed a shower chair and they provided that as well.

They had no extra pillows, the alarms from the room across the hall kept going off all night, the people above us, woke us up at 1:30 am and they sounded like they were stomping until around 1:45, and the hair dryer didn’t work and the front office didn’t have a key to maintenance to get a new one, so I had to towel dry my hair and was late for my next event.

What I didn’t like was NO BREAKFAST WAS EXTENDED TO THE GUEST BECAUSE SOMEONE DIDNT SHOW UP FOR WORK! You should always have a backup plan. Never advertise that guest have a complimentary breakfast but then stiff the hotel guest!!! We won’t return again. For $190.00 we did not get what we were entitled to. Unfortunate.

The door to enter our hotel room was jammed, so we had to use our shoulder in order to get door to open. Tissue paper roll was used, doors were nasty with stains. Breakfast was horrible and breakfast workers had no customer service skills at all

We had an issue with our reservation; however, the staff was very kind and considerate, and were able to resolve this issue quickly.
Negatives:
The only thing I did not like was that the Z/C unit was very loud when it would turn on. I would have to raise the volume of the TV pretty loud when the A/C came on and then would have to lower it considerably once it turned off.
