Indoor pool was to cold to swim. If you asked in the morning, they would turn it up, but we paid extra to have an Indoor pool for the kids, but they couldn't swim.
The breakfast bar is separate from the sitting area. They closed off the food at exactly 9 am while the staff had breakfast. They turned away guest that were just a few minutes late. We were eating and saw parents with small children locked out of the food area while the staff ate.
We booked a nonrefundable room for a week or we would have moved to a different hotel.
