Yes I tried to book a room On my way! To Texas and pushed the 11th on the calendar, when I seen my confirmation email the date was for Sunday and check out Monday, I called immediately and spoke to a lady who said it was ok and no worries they would just change it at the desk when I made it there, not even an hour later upon arrival, I was told that it couldn’t be changed and that it was going to cost me double…. Which I wasn’t going to pay!!! Then after I was trying to check my phone was kicked out for nothing and as I sat in my car trying to figure out where to go the cops pulled up!!! I did absolutely nothing wrong. Nothing for the cops to be called was already in the whole $50 for the room that I did not pick on Sunday but picked on Saturday so I was asked to leave and like I said I did absolutely nothing wrong the front desk clerk I believe his name was Drew very unprofessional very rude. I should be fired. College Station Texas

Very unprofessional, very rude and he could’ve helped me. He could’ve switched the day because of the circumstance I was there on business, and it was apparently a glitch in the system with the booking.
