That the lobby was closed and there was no breakfast as stated in the details at booking. Room 144 one of the beds the mattress was saggy and not very comfortable. That since the lobby was closed the check in was in a room that was kinda awkward.

Run down and dirty with an additional, unpublished charge for early arrival. I phoned the property when I made the reservation and told them I would arrive early. When I arrived the front desk told me the room was being cleaned and would be ready in 30 minutes. I chose to wait in the lobby for the room. A few minutes later, he told me the room was ready, but it would cost me an additional $40.
