1st. Front desk was so very welcoming, friendly & helpful.
2nd. Parking area well lit & I felt safe
3rd. Room, kitchen, bathroom and floors was very clean & fresh smelling
Negatives:
Had issue with ac unit. It wasn’t cold but comfortable & Every time compressor kicked off the unit would make a couple of loud crackling noises, which made it hard to sleep. I didn’t report until I checked out because I’m not a complainer & thought I could adjust/ignore. Front desk did listen & it seemed like she would report.

I absolutely loved the fact that there is on-site complementary laundry self-service. You have to bring your own detergent (of course) but the fact that the facility is available was a huge WIN. I also liked the room overall and the facilities' quality.
