Your system did not place a reservation with the Motel. How do I know I tried to cancel and they had no reservation. Then I contacted your people and they said they could not cancel I had to call the Motel, I told them there was no reservation with them. I even called a number they gave me. Then your system tried to take the money out of account. NO Way. Never again using your service.

Door hard to open and wouldn't close at all when we left. Broken night stand on floor. Roach's running in the room. Bed leaning and hard as a rock. And this was a deluxe rm lol .will not give it a 3rd chance. Problem last stay also.

I couldn’t sleep people were knocking on my room door at like 2am we were from out of town two hours away coming to visit my sister we knew no one around the hotel these made me and my fiancé feel uncomfortable also a fire alarm went off all night in a vacant room two doors down from our room it look as if the door to our room had priorly been kicked in it did not close all the way to assure me being safe i stayed up all night why my fiancé slept lightly and once we did finally get into a good sleep the housekeepers were banging on the door at 10:30am and check out time wasn’t until 12 noon
