My pillow smelled like mildew, they told me they could pick me up from the mall at grapevine. They drop me off but didn't pick me up. My light on the wall over the night stand didn't work. The water in the shower wasn't hot enough. My key didn't work to my room

The air constantly shut off during the night and wouldn’t come back on for an hour or two so it got hot. They were doing construction on the building so at early times in the morning you would get woken up to loud bangs.
