The bed was the most comfortable bed we have ever found in a hotel, and we have stayed at a lot of different hotels.
Everything was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really good.
Negatives:
The pressure of the toilet flush was very powerful and a little startling lol. But it was not a problem at all.

We arrived within check-in hour and our key was handed over to us. It didn't work at first, we had to go back to front desk, there was no one there. Called several times, tried the broken bell and after calling the phone twice someone appeared and had to reprocess the key.
Bed was horrible. Kept sliding my boyfriend and I to the middle, not comfortable at all.
Breakfast was cold.
