The rooms were very clean and nice.
Negatives:
I had booked this room for my step son and his family. They checked on Nov 29th, and I tried multiple to contact the hotel. I was charged thru 30 Nov and at no time did I ever get through on the phone. The local number went to central reservation line and I couldn't get anyone from the hotel. the inside pool was extremely cold
