Positives: Location.

Negatives: Better cleaning crew. They seemed to have missed so much: Sticky floor, no extra toilet paper, no wash cloths, no disposable cups for coffee, dirty table tops and TV screen. Lighting was bad especially in the bathroom. A broken lamp base and wobbly shade. Had to lean it against a wall to keep it from falling over. Weak shower pressure. Very thin bed cover and no blanket available.

Negatives: Booking.com stated I could pay upon arrival. Upon arrival I was told my card had already been charged. Sounds like the hotel was not notified. I was not very happy. As a result check in was delayed. I asked them to allow me to pay and reverse the charges and they said that was not posssible. I returned once again to discuss the issue and then was told ok but it would take 2 to 3 days to reverse the charges. I left the charges on the card but will be hesitant to use Booking.com. I have used booking.com on other ocassions and paid upon arrival without issues. I was not happy.

Positives: Located near where I was going.

Negatives: TV did not work the 1st day. (No manager available to authorize repair). Next day, no Pliers on premises to replace TV cable. No dishes provided for kitchenette. Even though signs are posted for you to request a dish package, we were told that the manager said NOT to give them out anymore. NO BREAKFAST! Only coffe and a granola bar. Even though they advertise as a hotel that serves breakfast. Then the manager told us it's booking.com's fault. No security!!! A drunk man was going up and down the corridor at 4 a.m., knocking on each of the doors. We reported it to the front desk. They said they don't have any kind of security on the premises. Pull out couch only had a very thin mat that was supposed to be the mattress.
