Ice machine hasn't worked on 3rd floor in over 3 weeks. The other ice machines have no ice. Couldn't purchase things from downstairs at one point due to system crash or something to that effect. A hot tub would really make the pool more of an enjoyable time for adults.

Staff. Indoor pool was cold. Not heated. Floor in pool area is slippery and not kid or elder safe.
