Negatives: Needs some TLC. Also, needs to update wirh USB ports for electronics.

Negatives: Desperately in need of renovation, bathroom toilet cracked, bathtub floor peeling, curtains broken, TV channels were horrible, no info on how to operate the TV. There wasn't any body lotion available, only shampoo. The morning coffee was so strong it looked like sludge coming out of carafe. Breakfast powdered eggs were not good. We were on the first floor and it was extremely loud very hard to get rest. I know you can't help kids yelling and screaming, but the doors are very loud too.

Negatives: Smelled like marijuana at times. Halls were dirty.

Negatives: As soon as we walked into our room it smelled like a gym locker. We had too buy a spray for the room.

Negatives: Staff was not present on arrival. We needed to wait for someone to check us in.

Negatives: Old hotel in a scary part of town.

Negatives: Elevator needs cleaning

Negatives: Our stay at the property was pretty horrible. We stayed here two years ago and had no issues and figured we’d stick with a place we already stayed at. Unfortunately we were greatly mistaken in making that decision. When we checked in the room we got assigned immediately smelled bad the second we walked in. We discovered very quickly that the reason was due to black mold ALL throughout the room. On the walls, doors, all in the air conditioner, on the curtains etc. the bed sheets also didn’t look very clean, and the floor had all kinds of rips in it. My boyfriend went and told the front desk that we cannot stay in a room filled with black mold, and thankfully the young man at the front desk was very nice and moved us to a different room one floor up. The front desk man also told us that they’ve been having issues with black mold for a while now and that they’ve been trying to get it fixed. The second room we were assigned looked a lot greater after seeing the previous room, but the more we looked throughout our first day the more we realized it wasn’t as clean as we had thought. There was still what appears to be mold stains on the backs of the curtains and the shower curtain was SUPER dirty, and once in the shower it became very clear that the shower walls were extremely dirty as well. I also don’t believe the air conditioner was fully working during our stay because it wouldn’t stay turned on, and we kept having to click the “constant fan” button over and over to keep the AC running, but everytime we would leave we would return to it being off and the room being muggy. On our 3rd night here my boyfriend accidentally spilled his drink on our bed sheets and tried to go downstairs around 1AM to ask for new linens, so that we could change the bedsheets, and he could not find or get ahold of anyone at the front desk.

Negatives: The address is incorrect, which caused us to arrive at two wrong locations, I hope they can correct it soon.

Negatives: Overall the hotel looks dirty, The room is as outdated a piece of the carpet was missing and the carpet looked dirty, the light in the restroom would turn off on you randomly, I had to take showers in the dark, the floor smelled liked smoke, in the shower, the water would get very hot because the water faucet wouldn’t step in place.
