The only thing I can say I liked was the location because its so close to the beach.
Negatives:
The whole experience was treacherous! The ac units had mold, the tub was stained, the toilets were stained, rooms had an old smell, I asked the guy at the front desk for a blanket and he gave me a blanket with his Cheeto fingerprints. It was disgusting!

Staff spoke almost no English. Made hard to communicate needs. I had to speak with multiple staff to let them know we needed towels. The hot tub was broken and had been for some time. The bath tub was so slippery we all almost fell. There's more need room

The hotel was very out dated. Our room was missing a refrigerator, the remote did not work correctly the bathroom door rubbed hard against the floor. The carpet were not very clean along the wall edges. We had a dog in the room next to our room barking

Everything was bad, rude service, roaches in the room, mold on the shower curtin, ice cold indoor pool, dirty pillow cases, holes in the bed sheets and very ditry air filter in AC unit. Manager yelled at guest who complained.

Staff rude, guest have to share elevator with cleaning and maintenance staff. Room was dirty and smelled really bad. No daily cleaning of room. There for 3 days and room was never cleaned. Tried to check out early but was told that they would not refun

We weren't able to take a warm. We were told water heaters were out around 7:30 and both of us had to shower with cold water because we had to try to sleep early. Finally had a knock at the door after 11 pm with them saying the warm water was back up.

The breakfast was fine, and the water dispenser in the lobby was useful.
Negatives:
The check in experience was horrendously long. I worked as a front desk agent before, so I know it should not have taken nearly 15 minutes to take information from my ID and give me my room keys. After a long drive, that was not what I was anticipating. Ive also worked in housekeeping, and there were many things missed when cleaning the room. There was a long hair right in the middle of the bathtub. There was also a dead bug in our mini fridge. The hallways smelled like cigarettes and we were placed next to the most annoying dog that barked nonstop. Overall we were very disappointed by our experience.
