Negatives: The hotel seemed to have been through a hurricane, or two. Leaking ceiling in lobby. Our bathroom door would shut completely in room. Very moist environment.

Negatives: The front doors were busted, floors were dirty and chlorine burned my eyes as I stood in the lobby. Elevator was past inspection and very scary and loud. Clunked as it got to first floor, and the elevator doors shut on us twice while trying to get in the elevator. Sheets on bed were dirty, room had an odor, bathroom was dirty. Asked for new sheets and were given the wrong size even after telling the man we needed king size more than once. Bed was hard as a rock. 2nd floor smelled of mildew horribly! Carpets in room were so grungy we didn't want to walk without shoes. Breakfast had just been set out and was already cold. Yogurts were not cold! Thankfully I travel with disinfectant and cleaning sprays. Gentleman checking us in was rude and very short with guests and people on the phone.

Negatives: Room had an interesting odor, the elevator was a death trap had to use stairs the entire stay. Not in walking distance of the beach as advertised. Room key had to be replaced constantly due to faulty technology. Doors are too loud, automatically slam shut immediately after walking through.

Negatives: The couch was very stained, the floors werent vacuumed at all, there was pet hair everywhere. The pool was closed because they said they needed to get it cleaned, the elevator is scary... there is a big jolt when it starts and when you get to your floor there was another two big jolts, we had to go get towels because we didnt have any in the room. We asked for extra bedding for the pull out couch and was told they didnt have any. So we had to go buy some bedding. We were there for 4 days and asked for houskeeping everyday and not once did we get it. We are a family of 5 so trash accumulated and it never got taken. The ice machines didnt work. Very disgusting and disappointing. They wouldn't even comp anything for us. Went to Walmart and bought a small vacuum and air freshener. Unfortunately we couldn't cancel because it was non refundable and other places were booked.
