Staff very friendly and helpful. Location is close to the hospital I had to go to. It met my expectations when I was moved to a safer, dry floor room.
Negatives:
Wet floors. Regardless of why the floor was wet, the personnel knew it exists. That is cause for risk taking of possible injury to customers. I was taking my partner to full hip replacement surgery the next day. We made it to the hospital but what if we fell on the slick wet floors. The good thing is that the personnel changed my room for night 2. We are in our 70s and don't need to be near slick wet floors.

Roaches, filthy floors our feet were filthy after walking barefoot from the shower to the bed, deteriorated bedding with burn marks & stains, small dead roaches everywhere even in the drawers. Also the male employee in the afternoon was because I got a cup of coffee and juice, said it was only complementary betwwen 6am-9am. He acted like it was a huge luxury!
