Nothing to like.
Negatives:
Room had no coffee maker, blow dryer, clean linen for pull out sofa nor towels for the room. Had to go down to front desk to get linen so my granddaughter could sleep on pullout sofa. After getting her sleeping area prepared no towels were there to shower

Its on a good location with many shops and restaurants around. Bathroom was very clean. Breaksfast is ok (standard). The rooms that have a bed, sofa bed and a kitchenette was good and comfortable.
Negatives:
Its really old and not well maintained. You can see many stains on the carpet, walls that really need paint touch ups, rust on many inside metallic parts (ac outlets),

Negatives:
Key cards never worked, we were assigned a room with a non working dishwasher, did not like washing our own dishes. TV was difficult to use. Kayla, the regional manager saved our experience the day before we left.

that they had breakfast and a kitchen in the room.
Negatives:
the heating element was out on the indoor pool. the entire hotel swarming with mesquitos inside. hot water wet out. one of the front desk ladies was rude.

The staff was a pleasure to do business with, and a great representation for the company.
Negatives:
No hot water. No working lights at the make-up counter. Loose tile in bathroom. Loose tile in kitchen. Wall paper falling off the walls. Dead bugs all around the pull out sofa.

The laundry room was not available, but the front office let us use the staffs. Our room had an electrical shortage and we had to keep flipping the breaker.
