Positives:
The little kitchen was nice.
Negatives:
Replace towels at least when we requested. We came back from the beach. We had no clean towels when my husband went down to ask for some they said they didnt have any until the morning. I believe this was very poor service. How are you not going to have clean towels for a guest that paid for two nights. If I didnt have my towels from the beach I would have caused a scene. They were lucky I had my towels. Then the elevator didnt work to go downstairs from the 3 floor. We had to take all of our things down three floors.

They are pet friendly. The Texas shaped waffles were good and they had sugar free syrup, too. The hostess for the social hour is very nice and friendly, I didn't get her name though.
Negatives:
The elevators were constantly not working or shut down completely. Sabrina (Mornings) at front desk and Joe (evenings) were the only 2 ppl that worked hard to try to please us, or fix problems of which there were a myriad of them. They were unsuccessful for the most part, it's completely the managements fault for being so cheap. They don't want to fix anything! Several other guests that had been staying there for a few months (bc they are contractors working for a company that has them staying there while they have duties in this city), said that they elevator and food problems have been going on for months, so this isn't a one off issue, it's a continuous problem The pool was closed, no ice stations except on the 1st floor. No liquid soap, soap container in shower was empty. End table had a serious damage done to it, I reported it to Joe but I'm still afraid they'll blame it on my dog. They built a "fence" to block the dog/pet area one afternoon, for what reason?? I had to walk around the building to get to it. They said it was to fix a hole in the fence that faces an apartment complex, but the new "fence" did not achieve that goal. Lots of trash around the grounds, too. Breakfast food was almost cold even though it was in warmers. No juice or sodas available bc someone lost the keys to the machines. Milk was warm.

Free parking, breakfast and cancelations if needed. Found out by manager that they do still allow pets. Can adjust the ac but doesn't go under 71 it was still very cool inside while sleeping.
Negatives:
The super-sized ROACH that was in our room. Tried to tell desk staff but no one was at the desk time of checkout. Although they serve breakfast, just go to the Cracker Barrel next door. You have to squeeze between the toilet and shower to get in and out the restroom while opening the door. Room overall could've been more tidy as I found the TV with splatters of something, dusty lamps and some splatters by the bathroom sink of something. Beds were clean.
