It is not clean and staff are unfriendly and they have hidden charges for sure and once I quired about. Story never ends to convince you why there a hidd3n charge of what booking.com tell you .

Hidden charges and not comfy...
Positives:
Breakfast was fine. Not remarkable but they had fruits, eggs, coffee, bread, cupcakes and waffles.
Negatives:
They did not say anywhere that they were going to charge me with a pet fee. I was forced to pay a $100 fee for my pet when I arrived. Then, when I got back I discovered that they charged me $114 in my credit card. I did not agree on such payment. It is abusive.
Additionally, they did not even cleaned our room. Elevators and comun areas were not clean either.
It was way too expensive for that bad service. I won't go back to any hotel of this chain ever again.
