The location is around all of the homeless people. Was told the parking would be validated but yet charged $20 per day to stay even though we never took the car out of the garage. the stay sucked!

This was a last-minute booking due to my original accommodations booked at the Comfort Suites West Dallas - Cockrell Hill being unsuitable. It was after midnight when I arrived at the Crown Plaza Hotel and the staff was very welcoming and accommodating.

The location was convenient.

I was racially profiled while staying. On arrival, the security halted me outside and asked What was my purpose there? and said I have no business there and I should leave.. I informed him that I was guest and let the front desk know. They laughed.
