Staff can be friendlier and attentive. My booking said breakfast included, which is one of the reasons I chose this hotel. When I took my family to eat, they said only two people are included! Each additional person is 17$! I wouldn’t have booked the hotel if there was transparency and I would’ve known this. I had 3 kids with me. I emailed property, Booking.com, and asked front desk to no avail. I would not recommend this property. There are others in the area that clean, nice for a similar price. Pool was filthy dirty. My kids feet were black from the carpet in the room.

Not very clean and the staff was not helpful. They seemed like they didn't want to be there and you were bothering them with your presents. They had an attitude and never greeted you or smiled. I rather go to the Westin down the street they are polite.

The location is around all of the homeless people. Was told the parking would be validated but yet charged $20 per day to stay even though we never took the car out of the garage. the stay sucked!

The proximity to downtown activities, clean rooms, free breakfast.

The elevators could use updating, but not a big deal at all.

Great location in downtown dallas where most is within walking distance. There is a pool on the ninth floor with a nice view and a pretty good breakfast.

The cost at the eclipse days was unbelievable, I assume it isn't as bad the rest of the days. The beds are very high and water pressure is low.
