Negatives:
Hotel was dirty. Trash everywhere. Facilities were run down. Pictures shown is NOT the room you get. This hotel, like most Crowne plazas, is neglected, semi-clean, and dank. A pro is that I had a King with balcony, the con is that I had to come back inside. The restaurant, between the booths were filled with trash. The hallway (19th) had papers and trash on over the floor. Elevators had trash and dirt all over the floors. Room itself, hair all over bathroom, a bottle cap stuck in the sink, broken dresser, ran down facilities. Dank smell in the hotel. Only thing that saved my trip was that I stayed with my friend at the Westin across the street. Spend a little extra and feel clean about it.

This was a last-minute booking due to my original accommodations booked at the Comfort Suites West Dallas - Cockrell Hill being unsuitable. It was after midnight when I arrived at the Crown Plaza Hotel and the staff was very welcoming and accommodating.
