Negatives:
I called the receptionist desk 6 times with no answer. Turns out he didn’t speak ANY English and communicated via piece of paper. Everything was filthy, including the beds. The walls were even stained

This facility should not be listed on hotels.com or any other tourism/business website. It’s more a homeless shelter or flop house. The desk would not even show us the room before we paid. We left immediately. Fortunately, the card I had used to make the reservation, prepaid through Priceline, had been cancelled or I would have been charged and had to go through the dispute process.

I reserved a room with two queen beds when I got there. The guy at check-in was very rude and said they didn’t have queen beds only full-size beds refunding my money but then it charged me a cancellation fee after I left… even though I only canceled because they didn’t have the rooms that I reserved

Absolute trash
Positives:
This is exactly the type of place I expect for $65 / night. It had 4 walls and a roof and was about a 20 minute Uber from the airport. I wouldn’t recommend for a family or even a couple, but for a single dude trying to find the cheapest place possible for a single night… this is the place. Room was adequate.
Negatives:
The area is super sketchy, and while I was checking in the “lobby” floor was gross. (Buy a rug guys… they’re like $30 at Walmart). Also, when I was checking in, there was a guy hanging out in the lobby verbally threatening the attendant. I’m kinda surprised they rent rooms by the night and not by the hour.
