Being told that AC WAS EXTRA after reserving a room with AC. And being told that my complementary breakfast was at an additional cost. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom as required by Tx law for commercial property and the extra light that came on after having the bathroom light on (in the shower/ toilet room after 10 min.
