Negatives: The overnight staff and the breakfast staff was very rude

Negatives: Room had an air conditioner that made a banging sound when compressor shut off, woke us up consistently. Dated interiors, loose fixtures, etc

Negatives: The first room we got had mold and smelled of mold.

Negatives: Location along freeway so road noise all throughout our stay. Room could use an update Stinky towels First time for us to get charged a $50 deposit on an embassy suites???? Never have I ever experienced embassy suites charging a deposit!!!!

Negatives: Everything

Negatives: The front desk staff, most were very friendly, however we went down to request sheets for the sofa cause our room had none and the lady was so rude, then she over heard me talking to my kids and stepped in to tell me she thought I was inappropriate and no parents should joke around with there kids like I was! I laughed and said if she doesn’t give us sheets y’all gonna have sleep on the floor! How it was inappropriate I’m not sure and it was totally none of her business. She also stepped in and told me it was fine for my kids to eat apples cause they were healthy when I had told them they couldn’t have one. Later my husband went to ask for an extra trash bag cause we had a kid wake up sick and she was totally hateful to him also.

Negatives: No complaints here

Negatives: There was a problem with our a/c upon arrival. hair tie in drain from previous guest, drain cover broken. Dresser drawer broken. There was also some poorly repainted and repaired spots though out room. Which was surprising honestly for a Hilton. Hot Tub was dirty smelled of rotting eggs. Also bartender was busy and the guy who was supposed to be helping her was sitting down talking to a guest instead of working and had to be called over before he bothered to help her out.

Negatives: I didn’t like the prices when I was getting it it only told me $175 somthing and when I got there to pay it was about $250. They should be more clear about the parking fee and the deposit on the website and in person . She didn’t explain anything to me till I payed. The rooms were decent but my family’s room the toilet didn’t want to flush we went to the lobby for help and no one came 2 hours passed so we went again for them to tell us there’s no one here to do that job. So they changed us to a different room and that room didn’t have any water the sink shower and toilet didn’t work. So we had to go again and get a different room. The pool water was disgusting it was misty and very cold . The hot tub was way worse then the pool there was white sticky stuff floating around a guy that made me feel uncomfortable and he was spitting in the water. The water was so cold it wasn’t even worth the payment honestly. There was a lot of teenagers running around bumping into other people and being rude.
