The staff was terrible, we had to sleep in the heat because they couldn’t provide us with blankets due to a school being there. Even tho I asked for them upon check in and lied that they would get it to us. Had they told us we needed to get our own I could’ve just brought some at Walmart it was just a terrible experience. The food was nasty happy hour is a joke.

The were no towels and soap in the bathroom. We had to request these from the from desk.

By the way i stayed there for only one night. i contacted booking.com 's customer service to say that i was transferring to another hotel the next day. i was there only the night of april 6, 2024. And from 7 to 10 of April i was at the Hampton inn in downtown Dallas. On the evening of the 6th, we were having dinner at this Embassy Suites. We ordered fish and they provided us a spoiled fish. The chairs at the entrance were very dirty. The 2 outlets from the lamp on the night stand wet broken.
