Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

Positives: Other than they do not have an incidental fee.
Negatives: They are under construction so Im hoping that was the issue. The air didnt work and they did not offer a price reduction. No early check in. Tim was plain and dirty.

Positives: When I arrived the hotel was closed due to renovations. I did not receive not one notice from booking.com or extended stay regarding this matter. I spoke with an hotel employee who's demeanor was pleasant, however could not provide me with alternative accommodations at another location. My main issue is that booking.com's follow up is piss poor because, being that they are the hotel brokerage, they should have know this. More over than this, I tried to submit for a cancellation online an was unsuccessful due to technical difficulties with the website. Last but not least, I am still experiencing attempts for cancellation payments to my listed payment method.
