Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

I had to pay twice then fight for a refund for 2 weeks because they don't accept the wallet credit from booking like the app says. They wouldn't cooperate in confirming I paid out of pocket to get my refund from booking. Decent hotel.

The stuff was amazing especially the front desk ladies, Roselyna and her friend in particular. They are very helpful and i must say a big asset to the hotel.

Poor break fast, almost no breakfast. The rooms are worse, no cleaning. I was told they clean after 14 days!!! No changing linen and towels

The fact that the rec room was out of order, and that we had the top floor and the elevator was out of order and we had unexpected guests (roaches) which we should have been warned of prior to booking and when we woke up the next morning we had roaches in our food. Would not recommend

One of the staff members is cool... idk his name but he's the only male day worker. At least he is nice to me.

Maaaan where to start.. cost of night's are way too high. Can't even get new bedding towels or toilet paper from maids get told to go to front desk. Staff picks favorites, my husband & I keep getting "picked" on.

Roaches everywhere. In the beds and bathroom. Smelly carpets and hallways. Dirty sheets and chairs. The hotel definitely needs a exterminator and an upgrade
