Positives: For the price i wasnt expecting much, when i was driving around the neighborhood and saw the other hotels, i expected even less as many are run down and have people walking the parking lots. I walk into this hotel super friendly, modern, and clean. Rooms looked new as did the rest of the hotel. Everything in the gym worked, the pool was nice.. this hotel is well worth the price.
