The staff were very warm and welcoming on arrival. My room was a good size with a comfortable bed and pillows. The en suite shower room was spotless with nice towels and complimentary soaps etc The free wifi was good and it was easy to travel around from this location.
Negatives:
The breakfast was not to my taste.

North Dallas is lovely close to everything.
Negatives:
Avoid room 221 1) Housekeeping only comes every other day. For our three day trip we never saw housekeeping or received a restock. This may work for some travelers but for a family on a business trip this was inconvenient. 2) we never received a full set of linens. Wash cloths were excluded. 3) The shower dispenser was broken off the wall with old glue eye level in the shower. Just not what one expects from a Hilton. 4) There was no electricity when we entered our hotel room. Unable to store temperature sensitive needs for the littlest member. - tv - refrigerator - microwave - desk lamp - and two 3 prong outlets Not operable for an Hour 5)the ironing board broke to pieces when opened for first time use. When thinking of staying at a Hilton compared to a luxury local hotel like the Cooper Hotel Conference Center and Spa. I would choose to stay there next time. My stay at Courtyard Marriott in Grand Prairie was Exceptional and the location amazing as well.

I like that it was 6mins from the mall, not far from downtown, the glass shower and lighting in the bathroom was amazing
