The rooms were very run down in parts. We had an issue on booking and were upgraded to a room with a wonderful view. The bedroom was large and comfortable but the bathroom leaked so badly and the tiles were very slippery. Most of the cupboard doors were broken and there were no windows in the front room so overall, it made for quite an uncomfortable stay in that regard. Beds were comfy though.

Beautiful architecture, great location for family with small kids/tourists since the hotel is right in the downtown, just a minute walk to all restaurants /city attractions/pharmacy,very convenient to get Uber/taxi.Love the view from our room and the pool's view.We really appreciate the free breakfast in the restaurant at the lobby,very high quality and delicious, the kids were very impressed.The restaurant has good service too!And the lobby is like a 5 star hotel!!!We appreciate the way the hotel staff texting us to ask about our stay,very thoughtful. I had little problem of water in the sink didn't get cold sometime and the staff took it seriously.

We just wish the pool was heated or at least having small hot tub beside that so the kids could enjoy swimming comfortably during this time of the year.
