The breakfast was not good and the pool was not working. This was not made public before we booked.

The pool was being repaired and you didn't know until after checking in. The pool is 1 of the reasons I booked a more expensive hotel because I have children with me. Also I was charged $75 incidental fees every night I extended.

I'm an early riser. One morning I was headed Toward the coffee station and a beautiful young lady stated "Good Morning" She made my day with her bright beautiful greetings!! Thank you.

The dryer requires too many quarters to dry a small amount of items!!

It did not have the pool and spa as stated. Tho not the fault of the employee inconvenient that my key card didn't work a whole day house keeping had to let me in all day till sup came in.

Carpet is dirty, shower curtain was falling apart.

The staff that checked us was very helpful and friendly.

The carpet was stained and needs to be cleaned. The couch was dirty and outdated. There was a fire alarm that went off at 7am. So there was no hot breakfast.
