Positives: The entry way was always open to go in and out

Negatives: the pool was freezing, the room had stains in the rug, the toliet broke and they did not have a maintance person to assist. had to go a day without toliet before talking with house keeping supervisor and she made it work. breakfast ran out at 8am. there was no pancake mix to have pan cakes.
